Coaching
I offer one free clarity session for me to understand a little about you and your current situation. We also focus on what's most important in your life ~ your goals, values, challenges, dreams and aspirations. And together we can explore different ideas and options that will help to facilitate the creation/development of your personal, professional, business, health and spiritual goals. Coaching will also help you to define your purpose in life, gain clarity in situations, focus your energy and time productively, and to help you achieve your life goals. Keep in mind your success is directly related to how much you are willing to put in the time and effort to make things happen. My job is to help bring out the best in you and to help you determine what’s most important to you. You make the choices that you feel are the best for you and I am here to support you. I will also help you work through challenges that are limiting your ability to enjoy life. Coaches are NOT therapists, lawyers, financial advisors, doctors, psychologists etc.. I am happy to give referrals if you need any of those services. With coaching we can meet weekly, biweekly, monthly ~ depending upon whether you prefer to do it in a shorter, more focused way or if you prefer to spread them out and have time in between. The Seven Principles For Making Marriage Work Class
The Seven Principles For Making Marriage work is founded by the Gottman Institute. The Gottman's are the leaders in marriage research and provide the best practices for helping couples to succeed! Class runs for 8 weeks for an hour and a half at each class. The intention is to help couples move towards a more harmonious, connected and long-lasting loving relationship. Whether dating, engaged or married, you can greatly benefit by investing in each other! Please go to my contact page to sign up for a class. Cost of the class instruction is $250.00. Class supplies/book ~ either the digital materials for $35 or the hard copy for $49 plus shipping.
